My Name is Andre Battles. I’m a certified personal trainer, dedicated to providing individualized training plans and coaching based on my client’s unique needs, schedules, limitations and performance goals.

I have over 15 years experience helping clients train for, college athletics, Military schools and selections, 5K races, CrossFit competitions, middle school and high school sports teams, body fat loss and hitting strength goals. My aim is to make you stronger in the gym so you show up better and more resilient for yourself and your family outside of the gym.

As a husband, father of five (yes five!), military veteran with a laundry list of ailments from the wear and tear of everyday life compounded with 20 years of rucking, running, and jumping out of airplanes, I realized that if I want to keep showing up for my kids and show them how to achieve their goals I need to lead by example and that starts with my mental and physical health first! I feel stronger today than I did in my twenties, thanks to a consistent, NOT PERFECT, workout regimen and nutrition plan.

Lyndi Laborn

Certified Functional Strength Traniner and Basketball Trainer

Basketball Training

Lyndi brings extensive playing experience to her coaching, having competed at the Division I level with the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) before playing professionally for five years in Germany, Switzerland, and New Zealand. She specializes in training post players—small forwards, power forwards, and centers—with a strong emphasis on footwork and finishing around the rim. Her approach blends technical skill development with game-specific strategies to help athletes excel on the court.

Athletic Performance

As a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), Lyndi is dedicated to helping athletes reach their full athletic potential through strength training done the right way. Having endured numerous preventable injuries during her own career, she places a high priority on injury prevention, ensuring athletes build resilience and longevity alongside performance gains. Her philosophy centers on developing strong, explosive, and durable athletes who can thrive at the next level.

Andrew Hyres

Elite Soccer Trainer

Coach Andy is an elite soccer trainer at H7, bringing unmatched experience from the professional, military, and international soccer arenas. A former professional indoor soccer player and captain of the U.S. All-Army Team, he has competed in four FIFA-sanctioned military tournaments across the world. His coaching background includes working with the Austin Emerald (MASL), where he developed athletes through advanced technical training, tactical IQ, and position-specific development.

As a U.S. Army Major with more than 15 years of service, Coach Andy blends leadership, discipline, and a deep understanding of athlete performance. He holds a B.S. in Health & Fitness Management and an M.S. in Sports & Health Science, allowing him to approach training with both expertise and intention. Coach Andy is passionate about developing players of all ages and skill levels, helping each athlete unlock their potential and elevate their game with a professional’s mindset.

Football

Football training program develops stronger, faster, and more confident athletes through explosive power work, position specific coaching, and game-ready performance techniques. Every session is built to elevate speed, strength, technique, and on-field execution while instilling a disciplined, pro-level work ethic that prepares athletes to compete at the next level.

Codie Brooks

Certified Strength and Conditioning Trainer

Coach Codie is a former collegiate football player with a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. His own journey as a first-generation college athlete taught him valuable lessons about preparation, discipline, and mindset. These lessons he now uses to guide young athletes so they don’t face the same challenges alone. He’s passionate about giving today’s athletes the knowledge, resources, and support he wished he had at their age.

At H7, he focuses on developing the whole athlete; physically, mentally, and personally. His training approach blends high-level performance work with structure, accountability, and confidence-building. Every program is tailored to the athlete’s sport, position, and goals, but grounded in the fundamentals that matter most: coachability, consistency, respect, and doing the “little things” right.

Outside the gym, he enjoys all things game-related: board games, bowling, arcade competitions, and stays connected to his family’s 40-year involvement in the horse racing industry. Dedicated to giving back and helping athletes reach the next level, he encourages them to stay true to themselves, trust the process, and believe that with discipline and consistency, they can achieve anything
