My Name is Andre Battles. I’m a certified personal trainer, dedicated to providing individualized training plans and coaching based on my client’s unique needs, schedules, limitations and performance goals.

I have over 15 years experience helping clients train for, college athletics, Military schools and selections, 5K races, CrossFit competitions, middle school and high school sports teams, body fat loss and hitting strength goals. My aim is to make you stronger in the gym so you show up better and more resilient for yourself and your family outside of the gym.

As a husband, father of five (yes five!), military veteran with a laundry list of ailments from the wear and tear of everyday life compounded with 20 years of rucking, running, and jumping out of airplanes, I realized that if I want to keep showing up for my kids and show them how to achieve their goals I need to lead by example and that starts with my mental and physical health first! I feel stronger today than I did in my twenties, thanks to a consistent, NOT PERFECT, workout regimen and nutrition plan.
