The Performance Lab

  • The H7 Performance Lab delivers athlete‑focused training to build strength, power, conditioning, and overall performance. Each day blends targeted strength work, athletic movement, and high‑intensity circuits. Sessions are scalable, team‑driven, and built to help you move and perform better.

The Conditioning Lab

  • Tuesday & Thursday at 8:30 am

  • High-energy functional bootcamp designed to build strength, endurance, and real-world athleticism

Power Flow Yoga

  • Tuesday & Thursday at 9:30 am

  • Dynamic, breath-guided class that links movement with intention to build strength, mobility, and balance.

Core and Stretch

  • Tuesday & Thursday at 10:30 am

  • Low-impact class designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and release tight muscles.

Yoga Mobility Lab

  • Tuesday & Thursday at 1:00 pm

  • Low-impact class designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and joint health through yoga-inspired movement and controlled stretching.

  • Monday- Friday at 12 noon. Attend as many classes as you can

  • Bootcamp-style workouts for strength, conditioning, and endurance. For all levels

  • Indoor group setting that keeps you motivated and accountable.
