Continuing the Mission
Today, H7 Sports Training and Wellness Center stands as more than a training facility, it is a family built on passion, mentorship, and life-changing development. With elite-level trainers and programs now expanding into football, volleyball, soccer, adult fitness, and total athletic performance training, H7 continues to help athletes of all ages grow in confidence, discipline, and skill both on and off the field or court. What started with one athlete has grown into a community committed to excellence, purpose, and opportunity for everyone who walks through the doors. Whether your child is just beginning or striving for the next level, H7 is dedicated to helping every athlete become the best version of themselves.

Organizational Unification
In January, the organization formally petitioned for a name change to H7 Sports Training and Wellness Center, unifying H7 Athletics and Only The Elite into one integrated performance and wellness brand.
Facility Enhancement & Membership Surge
A state-of-the-art redwood full basketball court and two additional rims were installed in October. Athlete enrollment surged to more than 200 active participants, further solidifying H7’s regional presence.
Business Acquisition & Expansion
After initially declining a partnership offer, the founder accepted an opportunity to purchase Only The Elite in June. In October, the acquisition was finalized with three partners. H7 Athletics continued focusing on basketball skills development, while OTE concentrated on athletic performance training. Managing two separate entities under one roof presented operational challenges that later required restructuring.
Pandemic Response & Rapid Growth
During COVID-19 shutdowns, small-group training sessions began at Only The Elite (OTE). Starting with just 2–3 athletes, participation grew rapidly through word-of-mouth, reaching more than 120 active athletes within two years due to the quality and results of H7’s skills development model.
Brand Establishment
H7 hosted its first skills development camp in Statesboro, Georgia. The organization launched its official logo and website, formalizing its brand identity.
Revival
H7 Athletics was reestablished following an invitation from the owner of Alamo City Sportsplex to train and coach a New Braunfels team. Former H7 athletes were brought on to assist in training and coaching.
Strategic Hiatus & Transition
Operations were paused for over three years. Coach Haggray joined the Shooting for Success program, while the founder retired after 31 years of Army service and became Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Beach High School in Savannah, Georgia.
Program Development & Competitive Growth
H7 continued training athletes at Fort Sam Houston while coaching two Crossover AAU teams competing statewide. In 2012, Coach Haggray began leading the Lady RoHawks Girls AAU program—an alumni program of the original Lady RoHawks team that produced seven Division I athletes and was sponsored by Adidas.
Leadership Expansion
Coach Dee Haggray joined H7 following the conclusion of her basketball career due to injury, expanding the program’s reach. Later that year, the father-daughter team was asked to take over Crossover, a successful AAU girls basketball program.

We joined to help my son thats 12yrs. Get faster, stronger, and learn more footwork for Football. I highly recommend Only The Elite. Since he started he's gained more confidence and fit for fall football. He's much faster as well. So everything we wanted he's accomplished and more!
All The Trainers are kind, positive and give lots of encouragement.
Amy's Hope
I attend physical therapy at this location and the staff is the best. Out of all the places I have gone to for PT, this is by far my favorite. The staff is super personable and respectful, they make each session enjoyable for sure.

My 15 year old son attends weekly group sessions and is seeing results in a big way! What I appreciate most is Chris and his team pushing my son and others to push through each work out. They will also take the time to correct his form when lifting and have taught him how to stretch correctly to prevent injury. I highly recommend this place!
