My Name is Andre Battles. I’m a certified personal trainer, dedicated to providing individualized training plans and coaching based on my client’s unique needs, schedules, limitations and performance goals.
I have over 15 years experience helping clients train for, college athletics, Military schools and selections, 5K races, CrossFit competitions, middle school and high school sports teams, body fat loss and hitting strength goals. My aim is to make you stronger in the gym so you show up better and more resilient for yourself and your family outside of the gym.
As a husband, father of five (yes five!), military veteran with a laundry list of ailments from the wear and tear of everyday life compounded with 20 years of rucking, running, and jumping out of airplanes, I realized that if I want to keep showing up for my kids and show them how to achieve their goals I need to lead by example and that starts with my mental and physical health first! I feel stronger today than I did in my twenties, thanks to a consistent, NOT PERFECT, workout regimen and nutrition plan.

Hello, my name is Raymond Duplechain and I have been in the health and fitness industry for over a decade. I graduated from the university of Arkansas at Pine Bluff as a two sport athlete (football and track), and ever since then I have developed a passion for helping people get in the best shape of their life. I love educating the youth, and showing them the things that I wish I had new growing up as a two sport athlete. My expertise is speed, strength, and conditioning, and I look forward to watching your child grow into the best athlete possible by my knowledge.
Performance & Strength Specialist
Vincent Embry is a seasoned strength and performance specialist with a unique background rooted in competitive sports and unconventional training methods. A Converse Judson High School alumnus, Vincent earned a scholarship to play college basketball at Mississippi State University, where he competed from 1990 to 1995. His pursuit of professional basketball took him abroad to Europe, Mexico, and several developmental leagues after college, where he embraced alternative training techniques to overcome multiple injuries and enhance his performance.
However, in 2000, a severe injury brought Vincent’s basketball career to an early close. This setback redirected his passion toward empowering other athletes through specialized training. He began his journey as a certified trainer, achieving his National Council of Strength and Fitness certification in 1999 and continuing with certifications as a Personal Trainer (2000), Russian Kettlebell Trainer “RKC” (2007), Unconventional Trainer by ONNIT (2012), TRX Suspension Trainer (2015), and Vertimax Trainer (2018).
Vincent has since dedicated his career to helping hundreds of athletes, many of whom have gone on to earn Division 1 college scholarships. Known for his expertise in developing explosive, durable athletes, Vincent’s approach combines his extensive background in sports with innovative, results-driven training techniques. His focus is on cultivating strength, resilience, and athletic performance, guiding his clients toward their highest potential.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer at H7 Sports Training and Wellness. I am National Academy of Sports and Medicine (NASM) certified as well, a former collegiate basketball athlete at Rice University and College of William and Mary, As a trainer, my passion and focus is to help you be the best athlete and healthiest individual person you can be through mental and physical training, that can positively affect your life.
